Reservations / Cancellation Policy

You must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. Adults must have a valid photo ID at check in. Management reserves the right to deny you or anyone in your party access without proper ID.  Credit card deposits are processed the same day the reservation is made. All reservations require a one-night deposit or 20% deposit whichever is greater. Reservation made within 14 days of check-in must be paid in full and are nonrefundable. Monthly deposits are nonrefundable and based on a 28 day period. Weekends require a two night stay. Holiday weekends are a three night stay and must be paid in full at the time of reservation. No discounts or coupons can be used on holiday weekends. No refunds on holiday weekends. You will be charged a $15 cancellation fee for any cancellations / refunds. We do not control the weather, no refund due to weather. No refunds once you have checked in or changes can be made to your reservation. If you choose to cancel your reservation at least 14 days prior to your check in day. You will receive a refund minus the processing fee. Any cancellations or changes made within the 14 days or less of your check in will forfeit your deposit and will not receive a refund. No Show / No Refund. Price maybe subject to change.
